We stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom and Personalized Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly produced due to a production error on our part, please contact us at info@buyecec.com within 30 days of delivery.

To request a refund or replacement, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost. Due to the custom nature of our products, we typically do not require items to be returned.

What We Don't Cover

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer during ordering
  • Incorrect spelling, text, images, or personalization details provided by the customer
  • Minor variations in color due to different screen displays
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Items damaged after delivery

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be submitted within 5-7 business days. Please note it may take an additional 5-10 business days (or more, depending on your bank) for the refund to be posted to your original form of payment.
