Custom Orders - No Returns

Because all items are custom-made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Eligibility for Quality Claims (The Exception)

We will gladly provide a refund or a free reprint if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part. To be eligible for a refund/reprint, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defects, Damages, and Errors

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective (e.g., holes, peeling print), damaged in shipping, or if you received the wrong item, color, or size based on your order receipt. We do not cover issues arising from low-resolution files or spelling errors submitted by the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received the necessary photo evidence and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund/reprint was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
